Curbside pickup of household trash on Fridays

Please have your trash put out by 7:00 AM as occasionally substitute drivers unfamiliar with the 'normal' route may be covering.  Also the trash crew is only responsible for trash contained in bags or trash receptacles and is not required to clean up  broken open bags or  cans tipped over by animals.

Yearly Landfill Stickers $2 purchase at Town Office or at landfill.

Universal Waste/E-waste: dispose of at Landfill-transfer station.

Nov 1st thru April 30th ​​  E-waste may be brought to the town office during regular business hours or call to make arrangements for weekend drop off until the landfill re-opens in May.

The Town Office will be closed beginning Friday, June 30th until Wednesday morning July 5th.  The Town is required to close out the town books for fiscal year end and the computer cannot be used during this time.  The Town Office will reopen on Wednesday morning at 8:30 a.m.  We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.  Be sure to review your vehicle and ATV registrations - before June 30th.

The State of Maine is requiring all towns to accept marriage license intentions on-line.  This on-line service requires more detailed information and time to enter.  From now on, applicants must call ahead for an appointment to complete a marriage license.  Plan well in advance before your planned marriage date to schedule this application process.  Thank you.
